Discounts and Fees
Group Discounts: Register three or more team members and everyone gets 20% off! To register your group online, select at least three registration options from the menu above (one registration option per person), and the discount will automatically be applied. No coupon is necessary.
If you wish to register a group of more than 10 for a single registration type, please contact the Registration Team at registration@dataversity.net for assistance. *Group members must be with the same organization and register at the same time. There is no limit to your group size.
Academic Discounts: Academic discounts are available for full-time faculty and students at accredited institutions. For questions about rates or to apply, email registration@dataversity.net.

Attendance and Payment Policy
Access to any session or program that requires payment will not be guaranteed unless full payment is received by DATAVERSITY by the day prior to the beginning of the class. Your registration is not considered “confirmed” until full payment is received, so if there are limitations on session capacity, then seats taken by unconfirmed registrants will be replaced by confirmed registrants. If you need to make special payment arrangements different from these stated terms, please email registration@dataversity.net.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests must be made in writing by emailing registration@dataversity.net. Cancellations made up to two business days prior to the start of your scheduled tutorial day will be subject to a 10% fee, to cover non-refundable credit card fees and administrative expenses. Cancellation requests received on or after the business day prior to your scheduled tutorial day, will not be entitled to a refund, nor will confirmed registrants who do not attend and do not cancel in writing. However, access to the recorded tutorial will be provided approximately two weeks after the event begins. Please Note: This cancellation and refund policy does not apply for registrations that used a past event credit, including those that have been transferred from the rescheduled 2020 events. Substitution Policy
Substitution of a confirmed registrant with a new (alternate) registrant with notification of two business days or more prior to the start of your scheduled tutorial day may be made without charge. Substitution of a confirmed registrant with a new (alternate) registrant with notification one business day or less prior to the start of your scheduled tutorial day can be made, but we are unable to issue a new unique registration login within this timeframe. If you need to request a substitution, please email registration@dataversity.net
Session Change Requests
All requests for tutorial session changes must be made by April 9 via email to registration@dataversity.net. Tutorial session changes with notification on or after April 10, will be up to the discretion of DATAVERSITY registration staff. Session changes with notification of one business day or less prior to the start of your scheduled tutorial day may not be possible due to security and authorization protocols.
